Return Policy  
SherBert Stuff will refund the purchase price, or replace any defective product, at our option, if the following conditions are met:

  1. Refund request must be made within seven (7) days of purchase or receipt of the product by calling SherBert Stuff to obtain a "Return Authorization Number." If the purchaser is unable to contact SherBert Stuff in person or by telephone (570) 688-4084), emailing (info@sherbertstuff.com) a request for a Return Authorization Number within the seven day time period will be sufficient notification of the intention to return the product. This fax or email must contain the reason for the return. Upon receipt of this phone call or email, SherBert Stuff will assign a Return Authorization Number.

  2. The product must be received by SherBert Stuff within ten (10) days of the receipt of that notification. If this "RA" number is not obtained, a Restocking Charge will be deducted from the refund to cover the additional time involved in processing the paperwork.

  3. The product must be received by SherBert Stuff in "like NEW" condition ("Like new" condition means that the Cool Products must NOT have been hydrated - soaked in water - or used in any way). Included must be: 1.) a clear copy of the register or credit card receipt showing the date of the purchase and the charge for the item, 2.) the Return Authorization Number or a copy of the email sent indicating intent to return the item and 3.) clear description of the reason for returning the product.

  4. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded once the item has been shipped. The cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

  5. SherBert Stuff Management reserves the right to replace the item or refund the purchase price at their discretion.  If they determine that a refund is indicated, the following policies will be followed:

    Credit Card purchases will be credited back to the same credit card or returned via SherBert Stuff company check at the discretion of SherBert Stuff management.

    Check purchases must allow for the check to clear your bank before the purchase price will be refunded. Once the check has cleared, SherBert Stuff will send a company check to the Purchaser at the shipping address for the product.

    Cash purchases will be refunded via SherBert Stuff company check upon receipt of the returned product in like-new condition.



Warranty  
SherBert Stuff provides a limited warranty on the workmanship and materials for our Cool Products. Since we have no control over the water source and/or conditions under which the Cool Products are hydrated and stored, there is no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding colorfastness or durability, including, but not limited to, over-soaking resulting in burst stitching, torn fabric or leaking crystals from use of cold water for hydrating and/or mold, mildew or odor as a result of storage methods.

The manner and extent of use of the Cool Products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or owner or designated responsible person caring for the the animal using the product. Since SherBert Stuff has no control over the proper use of the products, there is no warranty, expressed or implied, for the safety of said animals.

SherBert Stuff's liability is strictly limited to replacement of the cool product or refund of the purchase price, at the option of SherBert Stuff management.

Purchase and use of these Cool Products automatically implies acceptance of this warranty and its conditions.
